Raqim Construction and Project Services was established in 2007 by a Group of young and talented Engineers, who wanted to bring a change in young construction industry.

The Experience achieve from working with International Organizations and vast experience in remote areas of Afghanistan provided a clear vision for this company and its management on how to proceed with the Construction works.

RCPS was established with three departments:

RCPS has started it is first construction from Ghor Province. Ghor province is located in Central Highlands of Afghanistan. Ghor has small Construction season during summer. Successful completion Ghor Project Established the company’s reputation, It was followed with a second opportunity Rehabilitation and New Construction Buildings in Kabul, University, followed by Kabul Police Staff College and Unique Project Called the Bamyan provincial Hospital. Plus, other small project, throughout Afghanistan. 

RCPS being the leading Company in Introduction of New Technology and It is commitment to the Afghan People has recently Invested in innovative quick construction technology (Light Gauge Steel Machine), where it provides design/built project throughout Afghanistan. A full LGS System is procured and Installed in Kabul, Industrial zone.

Currently the construction of such Light Gauge Steel Buildings are being built in Badakhshan Province, a remote area of Afghanistan where conventional construction is time consuming and difficult to achieve due to short window of Construction opportunities.
